Shuttle Accident

Home /  Results / Shuttle Accident

An airport shuttle carrying out client as a passenger lost control on the freeway. The shuttle was in the number 1 lane, travelling at approximately 60 miles per hour. The shuttle driver lost control of the vehicle, and the shuttle collided into the center divider wall. The passenger shell ruptured upon impact and our client lost two fingers that were traumatically amputated.

The driver of the shuttle claimed that he did nothing wrong because he tried to avoid a phantom vehicle that drove into his path. We demonstrated that this defense was a fabricated attempt to try to avoid taking responsibility for the accident. We recovered $1 Million from the shuttle company to compensate our client for the injuries she sustained in this accident.
