CEO Dov Charney Ousted From American Apparel.

June 20, 2014 ─ The Los Angeles Times today features an article titled, “CEO Dov Charney’s ouster could be ruinous for American Apparel,” in which it weighs the potential outcomes of Dov Charney’s removal from American Apparel’s helm.

Ilan Heimanson was quoted on behalf of our client, former Malibu store manager Michael Bumblis who sued Charney for wrongful termination in 2012, alleging that the CEO had assaulted him physically and with ethnic and homophobic slurs. With today’s announcement, Mr. Bumblis feels vindicated that justice has partially been done.
Our case is ongoing against American Apparel and Mr. Charney.
