$700,000 Underinsured Motorist Arbitration Award

HW and their client prevailed at an underinsured motorist arbitration against Arch Insurance Company.  HW’s client was involved in a car accident and had suffered a disc injury in her neck.  Arch Insurance, which was the client’s own insurance company, made no offer to settle the case prior to the arbitration hearing.  HW proved at the arbitration hearing that the car crash caused the disc injury and fusion surgery.  The arbitrator found in favor of HW’s client and concluded that her case was worth over $700,000.
