Action Against Smile Implant Center for Death from Propofol

Heimanson & Wolf  recently filed a lawsuit against Smile Implant Center for the wrongful death of their client’s mother who died during a routine dental procedure. The Complaint alleges that the death occurred as a result of the improper administration of anesthesia known as Propofol. This was the same drug that reportedly caused the death of Michael Jackson.
